A Taste of Palawan

We visited last October 28-30, 2006 the province of Palawan, Puerto Princesa also known as "The Last Frontier" in the Philippines.

I, together with my cousin Thina and her friend Arlene had a great time, learning experiences and wonderful travel in the Last Frontier of our country.





We had a breath-taking and awe-inspiring experience visiting the City of Puerto Princesa, Honday Bay Islands (Snake Island and Starfish Island) to discover the thousands of species living under the water, and Underground River - part of the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park which is hailed as one the World Heritage sites in the list of UNESCO.





For me, the province of Palawan has a very distinct or unique quality, a truly incomparable place. One thing I can promise, I will be back to this paradise island to experience again its awesome qualities.
